The actress Bo Derek once stated, "Whoever said money can't buy happiness simply didn't know where to go shopping." Isn't this true? Shopping can be a wonderful distraction, a therapeutic escape, a short holiday from life. Shopping doesn't have to result in a lifetime of debt. Even shopping for a small, inexpensive item can ease the soul. As a self-confessed shopaholic, I have learnt to enjoy the benefits of this pastime without hurting my bank balance. In fact, since I retired, most of my shopping trips have involved buying special gifts for others rather than items for myself. I decided to start this blog to help those who are too busy to compare the price and quality of items they buy. Please browse and I hope my tips prove useful.
